Pros
Big company, lots of offices to potentially move around to. My office allowed dogs.
Cons
Felt like my managers were stringing me along. I was repeatedly told if I "prove myself" I could move from hourly tech services to salaried. Never got a good answer for what that meant. When I asked for a raise I got it, but they just upped everyone else's pay too regardless of seniority and exzperience. Felt more like they were updating their minimum hourly wage then rewarding loyalty and hard work. Got told my work was an obscenity by my manager one time (not allowed to say the word on glass door) , then was told that assessment was based on reviewing an entirely different document drafted by an entirely different person. My work had not been read at all at that point. Not a very professional environment.
