      Pros

      Great place to start and grow your career, management is very engaged in development and provides ample support when needed and co-workers are pleasant and supportive. You get to work on a wide range of projects and scopes and gain early exposure to the many facets of being an Engineering Service Provider.

      Cons

      A lot more work coming in than people to handle it but they working to resolve this.
