      Pros

      It is a large company, so there are a lot of resources. PTO is good and employees accrue for every hour worked. There are different initiatives for many people to take advantage of whether it is group, department, location, or Tetra Tech focused. Great travel opportunities for senior management and engineer/technical staff.

      Cons

      Due to being a large company, communication can sometimes suffer, which is not surprising. Limited travel opportunities for non-management, engineer, or technical staff.

      Pros

      The work environment is probably one of the best I've experienced. Wonderful co-workers that are open to collaborating to bring ideas into reality. Management has steady hands offering just enough structure and stability. Your career is in your hands as long as you're willing to work hard. Voice your ideas, it's a big company.

      Cons

      It's a large organization so it's complex. This is, however, expected for a global firm with multiple service lines.
