      Pay you the bare minimum to keep you from walking out. Only way to get a pay increase is fetching another job offer. Neanderthal management, spend more time harassing interns than working. PR nightmare in the works stay tuned...

      Pros

      Tetra Tech EM Inc. operated with a “flat” management system where each employee was in a group with a team leader, who provided guidance for career development. During reviews each employee would receive reviews from team leaders but employees could also submit reviews on their team leaders. System allowed for each employee, regardless of level, to have a voice. Very effective system for good company culture and positive morale.

      Cons

      Pay May have been slightly lower than other similar companies, but flex-time and flat management system helped to offset any deficiencies in salaries / pay scale
