      Relative autonomy and flexible office attendance.

      Cons

      Managers not respectful of time zones and expect you to work overtime instead of them adjusting meetings into working hours. Very pro-male environment and largely discount females technical experience.

      Drafter forced to work on all the disciplines related work. (Does not matter your education background) Old school drafting practice autocad. this job is not for BIM aspirant people.
