Division management for southern region was very helpful and willing to talk about any questions or concerns that would come up throughout a work day and I was able to spend all of my days in the field environment.

Cons

You will be working in landfills, that is not terrible but its highly dependent on the weather, if its bad weather you will have a rough day in the field. Lots of travel, on average I would travel 1.5 hours to site location each day and then make the same drive back home. But company truck and gas card were provided.
