Pros

TT has a lot of large contracts which lead to some large and interesting projects. The Oakland, CA office is relaxed and employs a lot of great people.

Cons

The works is often cyclical and the need to keep your utilization rate close to 100% means a lot of scrounging for work during slow periods. Large, corporate firm with a lot of the large, corporate firm bureaucracy.

-Opportunity to work on a variety projects across a wide geography -Many of the folks that work there are great people -

Cons

-Upper level management does not care about employees' professional development -No work-life balance, they expect you to drop everything and fly out to work on a given project with little notice -Very little thought put to moving employees laterally when work dries up at a given location--i.e. they'd rather lay off an employee when two hours south there's an opening that the employee could easily have filled.
