Excellent opportunities to learn and grow in the fields of emergency response, environmental remediation, multimedia sampling, and project management.

Cons

Severely unbalanced employee evaluation process. Field responsibilities skewed to a small group. The same small group picks up the slack for the rest of the company not willing to do extra work.

-relaxed atmosphere -Good, kind and helpful people all around -Still has that small company feel. -great location in richmond

Cons

-Not a cohesive unit and seems like management lacks in -Due to recent drop in oil prices, salary cuts have been implemented. -Lack of technical resources and training within the company -need to have well defined guidelines on how to work through a project
