-Excellent discipline lead manager who is a great listener and helps with career planning, and open to salary increases that are based on merit. -Stock Options are great.

Cons

-Without asking for a pay raise, expect 2-4% every year which doesn't keep up with the industry.

- provide good responsibilities for young staff - a lot of support resources are available - able to accommodate for unique employee situations

Cons

- project based so there are downturns when there is little to no work available - overhire which leads to many staff without work - sometimes requires extensive overtime to meet project deadlines and overlapping of project deliverables
