      1. Strong teams to work on relatively large projects. Colleagues are usually friendly and helpful. 2. Flexible work hours. 3. Good relationships with clients.

      Cons

      1. The company consists of many divisions: energy, water, etc. There are minimum interactions among various divisions. 2. The PWR division is heavily dependent on a few clients.

      Pros

      Management in the business unit I work is very reasonable and approachable. They try hard to take care of the their customers and employees. Good benefits package with an exception. See cons.

      Cons

      Very contract centric business. Unable to develop and cross sell services. Limited growth opportunities. Horrible annual leave policy for beginners.
