      Pros

      Tetra Tech has an excellent Health and Safety Program and the resources to implement it. They have average benefits and time-off with pay.

      Cons

      There is a high turn over rate in management positions and not a lot of room for advancement. For management positions, they tend to hire from without rather than promote from within.

      Pros

      If you're talented, you will be frustrated but appreciated. If it's busy and you're not that talented, you can probably ride coattails until layoffs occur once things start to slowdown

      Cons

      General malaise in the office, because you don't know any of the people left in the office after rounds and rounds of layoffs... yet somehow there's new hires too

      Pros

      The Chicago office is in a convenient location next to all of the major train stations - my commute was nice. Pay was market rate.

      Cons

      My boss was a jerk.
