      Work interesting; large variety of projects both commercial and government sectors.

      Pros

      Interesting variety of work, opportunity to learn new skills and collaborate with other professionals. Challenging environment and assignments

      Cons

      Top heavy management with little direction; staff other than engineering / scientists viewed as subhumans and expendable/no respect. Operating systems experience performance issues frequently. Impossible deadlines and short staffed. Billability takes precedence over every aspect of work. Difficult to work between various TT companies. Many cliques in this location add to mistrust, poor morale.

      Pros

      Very flexible work environment in regards to personal life and schedule, good and friendly people. No one is micromanaged and fairly stable and consistent work environment

      Cons

      Little to no room for advancement. It is a job, not a Career. Wages are subpar; Lack of communication among the various departments

      Pros

      The company has a great benefit package, extremely generous time off plans (you start out getting 3 weeks a year) and over all a good culture with a lot of people in various offices that are people oriented.

      Cons

      Silo effect. Costantly mentioned in middle management. It's hard to get information from other divisions or offices if you don't personally know someone in one of those offices and if you're working on a proposal it's nearly impossible to know if someone in another office has the skills you need to get the work. It's too scattered.
