      Company vehicle provided for commute, entertaining office environment

      Need to have thick skin to tolerate and enjoy the atmosphere, pay is subpar, etc

      Pros

      Excellent benefits including health insurance, life insurance, long term disability, dental insurance, life insurance, 401K ( only 2% match). Only 13 days leave, sick and vacation combined, for first 5 years.

      Cons

      Compensation was where they let you down. Average increase for my tenure was only 2.05%. You were also expected to "get the job done" but there was no overtime, nor comp time, since it was government contract work.
