      Excellent company, listening to the well being of it's employees

      Pros

      Company as really good advantages for it's employees ranging from good insurances to having friday afternoon off.

      Cons

      For teh salaries, the scale is too rigid. When you are a young engineer with excellent reviews you are stuck because the managers cannot go outside the salary curve established by the HR. Also, the retirement fund could be a bit better.

      Tretra Tech has some of the coolest projects and very intelligent employees. You are in charge of your own career and can go in many different directions, across the company, around the globe.

      Cons

      Finding the right connection can be a challenge is such a large company.
