      NIce place to visit but I wouldn't want to work there

      Pros

      Excellent benefits including health insurance, life insurance, long term disability, dental insurance, life insurance, 401K ( only 2% match). Only 13 days leave, sick and vacation combined, for first 5 years.

      Cons

      Compensation was where they let you down. Average increase for my tenure was only 2.05%. You were also expected to "get the job done" but there was no overtime, nor comp time, since it was government contract work.

      The EPCM group was very young, unstructured, and struggling to get work into the office.

      Good people, strong camaraderie, good office work environment, good equipment, fair management.

      Cons

      Office administrative head overbearing/over-reaching in her power, work backlog thin, asked to take vacation when workload got light to save them from overhead costs, and top management, like most other large engineering consulting firms, are only looking at the next quarter, the stock price they can create, and the easiest way to boost their annual bonus.
