      Pros

      Most of the offices are small and provide a "small company" feel. I believe the company wants to be the best at what they do and they are implimenting changes to achieve their goals.

      Cons

      The primary growth was through acquisition and therefore there is a lack of cohesiveness and consistent deliverables across the company.

      Once Great Company Quickly Going Downhill

      Pros

      You get to work with some of the best scientists & engineers in the business.

      Cons

      Extremely long work hours when you have a project. You have to find your own projects on your own time and you receive no management support. You will be laid off instantly if you are not charging your time to a project. No recognition for a job well done.
