      As BAS grew & was bought by parent Tetra Tech, management became nepotistic.

      Pros

      first years learned quite a lot, pay was commensurate with performance (merit).

      Cons

      Nepotism runs wild as managers feel they'll be replaced by new owner (Tetra Tech), this caused the loss of various contracts since client hears about this miss-management, many good-hard working techs were laid off to replace them with "friends/family" , other mid level project managers were not included in the transfer agreement.
