      - Very helpful and supportive people - Good office environment - Not much office politics - People are very respectful of each other and willing to help always

      - Need strong communicators in management - Don't easily move around in other departments (prefer that you stick to one)

      Great team, people are very motivated, many of employees is in their first job so highly inovating and creating ways to analyse, friendly environment to work.

      Cons

      At the current time we are lacking some professional management and ways of doing the day-by-day work. We lack in strateging and planning ahead the project fundamentals. Don't have a Career development plan.
