      Ok place to work at first but terrible once the economy took a hit

      Learned a great deal about civil engineering design and project management Get to interact with clients, co-consultants and contractors from the get go

      Cons

      Constant pressure to remain billable, even when its out of your control. Lots of lay offs when the economy took a turn for the worse

      Good working environment, co workers are nice to work with. Flexible working hours and good management support.

      Cons

      Improvement in IT infrastructure, need to spend more computers which are kind of outdated and taking too long to upgrade software.
