They HR department works hard to keep the employees happy and well taken care of. The benefits are very good and easy to set up.

Cons

With my manager you couldn't have a life. The hours changed all the time so that from week to week you never knew when you were working.

Incredible technical resources - somewhere within company somebody has the expertise you're looking for. International acquisitions bring a lot of good capabilities and client relationships.

Cons

A bunch of different operating units that pretend to work together but all have their own agendas and are incentivized to take care of their own OU. The Initatives program is a joke.
