Pay well, nice location, talented employees, good IT systems and web access, goal driven, bonus plan, good benefits, travel compensation

Cons

Fragmented communication, poorly managed, require expense reimbursement and are very particular on requirements and timing to be reimbursed, long and grueling work hours with limited time off

Dis-jointed between offices, Oak Ridge (non DOE) offie is sinking and poor leadership is not helping the matter.
