      Pros

      There are many niches within Tetra Tech since every office works on different projects/with their own clients. That being said, I can only speak to my experience, working with one client for over five years - I enjoyed the steadiness and predictability of the work and the hands-off management.

      Cons

      You may not like it if you don't like your particular project - but if this is the case, you can look into moving offices/projects fairly easily.

      Pros

      There are good operating units under the Tetra Tech Umbrella

      Cons

      EMI & TDR. They are known for violating labor laws. They’ll pocket your per diem & give you less than the GSA rate. Expect to work 60-80 hrs / week or not at all. Seriously incompetent management, understandable as those are the only people left after quality individuals leave for better companies.
