Tt is great for providing lots of variety of work. Colleges are friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons

low pay against industry standard, lots of flux between billable hours and periods of no work. Forced to use PTO when no work is available. Top heavy with management and low retention of lower to mid level staff. Benefits are fairly standard for the industry with nothing that sticks out as being exceptional or a bonus.
