      Decent work/life balance Comparable industry salary Interesting work and exposure to various clients both public and private Growing company with decent backlog if with the right operating unit

      Pipe line management in the operating units, if you are not kissing something then no advancement Lots of promises for advancement but limited opportunities Lack of interest by management unless it makes them shine Claims customer satisfaction but at the expense of the employees Management quick to push down failure to lower level staff Incredibly high insurance rates and low company contributions
