Pros
Great benefits, uncapped tuition reimbursement, sufficient vacation and personal days, suburban location with parking, helpful human resources department, friendly culture. Job security. Company is great as long as you don't work in the distribution center.
Cons
I was a material handler (warehouse worker), and it pretty much sucked. But for that kind of position what do you expect? I found it hard to transfer to a different department. Eventually I left for more gainful employment and don't regret it.
