My peers were very professional and I really enjoyed working with them. We had a real good team spirit although we were not supported by the upper management. I see

Cons

There is no performance bonus. The salary increase was minimal. When my daugther was in the hospital for two weeks I was not paid, even though I had work many overtime hours to meet an important project deadlines. I was very dissapointed. They showed no compasion or simpathy towards my situation.

A very succesfull company, which is on top of marketchanges and has short communication lines, and a clear growth strategy.

Cons

The fast growht leeds to high work presure. Nothing stays the same for long. Flexibility is a must.
