Great reputation in the industry, sales team retention very high.

Cons

Constant need to bill hours in difficult economy but that’s to be expected in client service.

Pros

They are not short of work to do with some very big brands across all of the top industries. One of the great benefits is the ability to be exposed to so many different client environments, you learn so much. From the compliance and audit perspective you get to see how so much of what works and what does not.

Cons

I dont know if this is unique to Tevora, but healthcare prices seem to be going up each year. I know they have very competitive packages that cover the employee, but for a family with kids, the premiums do start to add up.

Can get busy at times but the team works well together.
