Pros

- Management is in tune with what is actually a reasonable workload, and encourages employees to use their time off. - Great handling of LGBTQ+ staff coming out at work. - Friendly co-workers, right up to and including the CEO, who is very approachable.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't actually run into any cons so far.

Flat hierarchy which allows anyone and everyone's voice to be heard. Plenty of opportunities to put your hand up and discover new experiences.

Would be fantastic to meet more international colleagues.
