1. Team members open for mentoring 2. Many opportunities to learn new techniques and tools 3. Cross team collaboration opportunities 4. Extra curricular activities like participating in conducting job fairs at Communitech and conducting actual interviews, visiting clients etc

Cons

Some team members lack the art of communication altogether so identify and offer to coach them in the same
