Pros

Horrible new CEO. "If you have the right processes in place, the people don't matter". - Rob C. Holmes This place is a disaster where you are a number. Mass resignations all over.

Cons

Executives do not care at all about employees. I resigned to my supervisor months ago. He did not only say anything to me to acknowledge it, he didn't even bother forwarding it to HR or letting anyone else know.

Pros

Good coworkers. Middle management accessible and open to discussion.

Cons

New CEO and executive leadership has completely lost respect for the employee opinion, employee personal health, and gone back on their word for permanent alternative work arrangements. Latest Town Hall (quarterly executive brief to all employees) was lead with a very patronizing and demanding tone. Felt like I was watching a military briefing. No sense of the familial culture present in past Town Halls. I don’t feel like I’m working at the same bank anymore, and as displayed by other reviews here and my discussions with coworkers, I’m not alone in that thought.

Pros

Used to be a great place with great worth ethics and caring environment. Now you are a number and upper management does not care at all about people

Cons

I had been there over 22 years and new person comes in and wants someone new - that was the end of my job. But not once did anyone say we would love for you to stay, would you like a different position, etc. but all were so upset when I turned in my notice. It is now a number game and they don’t care how long you have been there or who you are.
