Pros

Nothing at this point. Not good!

Cons

New CEO is horrible and running long time employees out with new structure, false promises and crappy attitude. Has no idea how to run a company. Changed culture completely.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, people you work with

Cons

The company culture is dead. People are quitting daily from here because the new ceo is an idiot. The new ceo thinks he alone can turn around the bank.

Pros

There are some good people that still work here...

Cons

Rob C Holmes has to be the worst strategic person in banking history. Calling employees who were here before him are called Legacy. Way to split up the employees.
