Let me preface by saying that I work at the Richardson Operations Center. I can’t speak to the other locations. Great people and work environment. Stocked refrigerators, casual dress code, plenty of garage parking, onsite gym and onsite deli/grill. Company really cares about its employees and listens to their suggestions.

Cons

On occasion there is the typical corporate bureaucracy BS that you find at any company this size or larger. Nothing too out of the ordinary though.

The training started off good for the first 3 weeks.

Cons

The company felt like a prison because no one took breaks, lunch breaks, left their desk, talked and people were afraid to really do anything
