Pros

Great people to work with. Lots of perks and a fun atmosphere. Always an opportunity to learn and take on new things.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. People would need to vacate existing positions for others to move up or people would have to make lateral moves for new positions.

Pros

Great co-workers, environment is laid back. Management is flexible with requests. If you work hard and get work done on time, you shouldn't have a problem.

Cons

The health benefits can be better. It would be helpful to make sure to keep employees in the loop of all changes. They need to have a better reward system (year end bonuses, etc).
