Pros

Great for networking - lots of people and higher ups came from big banks, and have been in the industry for a while.

Cons

- Executive management is not in it for the long run. - Making cuts and reducing costs by any means necessary even if it stifles growth and worsens our position to play in this space. - toxic culture, golden handcuffs. If you’re friends with an executive you’ll do great, if you’re just good at your job you’ll get burned out. - Filled with under qualified talent across the board. Good talent leaves the bank within a year.

Pros

used to be a great work environment,

Cons

This place used to have great culture...great outlook and great work/life balance until leadership restructuring began. Now its a toxic environment, too much bureaucracy, power monger executives, noncompassionate leadership, Diversity is poor (has always been poor). My rating is based on current overall situation. I have a lot more to say. just don't have the time.

Pros

Salary and that is it!

Cons

Manager that leads this team creates a very toxic work environment. Role was very dehumanizing and demanding with little to no appreciation. You are not able to use your phone, your heavily micro managed. Horrible training and unrealistic expectations. TCB was honestly one of the worst places I have worked at in my professional career. The turnover rate in this department is high for a reason. Please try other companies that will appreciate you and invest in you
