Pros

Immediate team members are great to work with. Decent pay.

Cons

Culture is in the toilet since new CEO joined. Employees are leaving every day it seems. Morale is dismal at best. For those who have said management doesn’t care about our opinions, thoughts and concerns, no so. There is a current employee opinion poll asking what TCB branded item we’d like to see in the new Marketing store: t-shirts , canvas bags, cell phone pop sockets or baby gifts. See they do care! Insert eye roll. As if!!!

Pros

The pay was a decent amount

Cons

Where to start. Horrible management. They do not communicate at all. They are very two faced and love bringing on their own people and friends. They love picking favorites. The moral of the entire bank is horrible. The CEO is very egotistical. They would rather push their work over seas and to contract workers than on site people who have dedicated their time to them.

Pros

The salary is very competetive, and the Technology group is using modern tools.

Cons

Toxic office politics. Managers all hate each other and talk bad about each other behind closed doors. The work from Work from home policy is any 2 days on Tue, Wed, Thurs; Must be in the office on Monday and Friday. Lots of Arbitrary rules around office culture. Proper planning doesnt take place and teams are forced to scramble when things are inevitably missed.
