Pros

The bank as a whole is a good company. Good benefits.

Cons

The IT Development group is dysfunctional. They can't decide on what processes to use, it changes constantly. No support from management. They do not promote from within. They give preferential treatment to consultants.

Pros

Some managers really try to be good.

Cons

Upper management do not listen to concerns of the people working under them. CEO is prone to temper tantrums on calls (i.e. yelling at employees when things don't go his way) No work from home options. Most restructuring is half-baked, at best, and poorly executed. This company has lost the warm inviting culture that it used to have and replaced it with a culture of fear and disrespect.

Pros

Everyone below senior management, and the real people who are doing the day to day.

Cons

The Operation Committee with Rob has single handed ruined anything good about this bank. From laying off good hard working employees, to end up moving those roles to India. No one is safe, no department is safe. It even shows in the employee survey. This is not a bank for employer of choice. **all accolades are paid for not earned.
