Pros

TCB was a great company with a better than average environment and genuine 'family' feel. Competitive pay.

Cons

During Covid the entire upper level management was gutted along with much mid-level management, during a failed buyout. Everything went downhill as new management rolled in who had no feel for the company, and this caused employees to leave in droves. Chaos ensued.

Pros

There are no pros working here. Avoid this place at all cost.

Cons

Management is terrible, always deer in headlights. CEO is good at bringing money for the company, but treats employee like garbage. NON WFH policy without any warning. Studying for work on company laptop is a big nono, and to study on your own time. Pay is garbage and they laid off atleast 2-3 times a year 2 Year 401k vested and 5% stock discount that cant be sold until 6 months.
