Pros

The only pro is that their salaries are competitive

Cons

Considering how much they tout how they are a Texas State Bank and created TWO exchange traded funds based on the Texas companies, they are the last company that should off shore. Yet, they are sending HUNDREDS of jobs overseas. They love Texas, just not Texans. Stay away from this place.

Pros

Comparable salary. Good people at the lower to mid level range.

Cons

For a bank that touts that they are a Texas focused bank, they sure are sending a lot of jobs over seas. I understand banks will move employment over seas to save some money, but this is the one bank that absolutely shouldn’t. They changed from a National Association bank to a Texas State Bank, they created 2 exchange traded funds that are based on the Texas economy. They have the illusion of being pro Texas, but in reality they hate Texans. Stay away from this bank at all costs. Just finished a 3rd round of layoffs in less than a year so they could ship jobs over seas.
