Pros

Competitive salary…because of the bs you have to deal with.

Cons

The culture here is awful. Avg tenure is less than two years. Exec mgmt thinks their presence is enough to motivate people. Ceo has napolean syndrome. His OC member group are all retired “yes” people who are waiting for a fat payday and to go back into retirement. They think their “story” is differentiation in the market. Constantly hold events that yield little to no return. Marketing and Sales enablement are completely useless lines of business. The data is always wrong. Implementations on lending and TS side take forever. Garbage.
