Pros

Decent benefits, not a whole lot more positives.

Cons

Little to no support from management, morale is low across multiple departments. No work from home.

Pros

Work from home flexibility is nice.

Cons

Too many mass layoffs, changes of rules is too often causing mass confusion. There is no "family feel" anymore. Tons of new management with little to no introduction. Used to be able to have high flexibility on early work start times and end times, now we're being put into a small box of conformity. Many people with ling tenure under their belts have left or have been laid off, only to provide outsourcing and hire people in India????

Pros

There are no pros at the time of this review.

Cons

Office politics are a culture here. There is no accountability for upper management. Just dreadful.
