Pros

health insurance was pretty good.

Cons

- I cant recommend the company to anyone... - Low PTO - Average Pay - No advancement opportunities (stagnant leadership that has been sitting in their roles for 10/15 years) - No formal policies (Make it up as you go) - Ethical issues/skirmishes amongst departments - Building constantly has sewage issues and HVAC fluctuations, old cubicles - Leadership is poorly equipped and not regulated/monitored - Stole money that I earned - denied it - Lots of talk about “good culture” and caring about employees, but there’s no trickle down to the execution level. It’s all about making a loud splash, but not following through.

Pros

Used to be a very friendly, welcoming place...the kind of place an employee never wanted to leave. Fairly good growth opportunities and compensation and great work/life balance. If you can get in the right group/department it can be an excellent experience.

Cons

There have been some management changes over the past few years that are changing the work dynamic/environment - not necessarily for the best. Medical benefits are horrible compared to several other companies I have worked for but they try to compensate in other areas.

Pros

I enjoy working for Texas Capital Bank. It has nice people, growth opportunity and the work-life balance is great. Overall it's a good company to work for.

Cons

The Bank needs a diverse workforce. Different backgrounds and perspectives of employees can lead to a variety of ideas, knowledge, and ways of doing things, and ultimately support company's continue growth.
