Pros

Compensation was generally at least okay.

Cons

Revolving door everywhere. Austin and Fort Worth markets borderline comical. Almost a cultish feel towards interacting C-suite. CEO has major ego/Napoleon thing going on. Managing very hard to Wall St projections, so when the revenue isnt there, your co-workers start disappearing and you have to do the same work with less people.

Pros

Nice logo and color scheme. Solid pitch to the public and on the surface. Some really nice people working within the company.

Cons

The culture is toxic. The mercurial temperament and fragile ego of the CEO drives a shallow veneer of success outwardly and a dysfunctional organization built around an untouchable class surrounding leadership and shielding them from the destructive and poorly conceived policies that have driven performance and morale into the ground and talent out the door. Opportunities to improve are met with hostility and career sabotage, incentivizing dishonesty and rewarding failure while assigning blame at lower levels that are treated as disposable and replaceable.

Pros

Paycheck is really the only pro and even that is well below market average

Cons

The management at the senior level is ineffective and near abusive. There is little in the way of pro's. Most of the jobs are being outsourced and most of the tech staff overseas or on H1B are ineffective, and reckless. This place is primed to have a data breach because of the inexperience and lack of knowledge. Management seems to reward non-native Americans to prioritize non-citizens. They do this by reducing what benefits we had and creating a toxic work environment by increasing work load, expectations. Add on to that, the CIO brags about the outsourcing openly and it is used as a threat that will be held over you to demand more time like weekends in the office and the like. The environment is highly toxic
