Pros

The people/culture make work enjoyable. The pay and benefits are fair. Lots of activities throughout the company and amongst individual departments.

Cons

The systems are lacking. Unnecessary time is spent finding/uploading documents. There needs to be a way that all employees can easily access the same documents so there aren't separate versions of documents circulating and borrower/legal isn't having to provide more than once. Additionally, communication is not a strong suit. There is no real training. I had to trial and error my way through the job with little help from my manager.
