Pros

The people are great, the pay and benefits are ok- industry standard. The company is on the right track with clients, but internal teams are getting too lean.

Cons

Cross-team communication is lacking. No work from home.

Pros

Facility was nicer than other ones I've worked at. People I worked nearby were super friendly (not my actual co-workers).

Cons

Terrible work environment. My supervisor was located in a different city so all training was remote, but rarely occurred. I was not a priority whatsoever, yet her supervisor (aka my boss's boss) would have 1-on-1 meetings with me about how my productivity was not meeting quotas. Any feedback I gave on how that could change were all immediately shutdown with no room for compromise/conversation. Most days I would not speak to anyone since I was quite literally pushed to the side and I had no actual coworkers at the office.

Pros

Pay is within industry averages

Cons

Toxic culture, extremely poor leadership from some of the executives down to first line, no strategy, completely reactionary, 150% plus turnover in the last 4 years, terminations occur without appropriate justification or process, lack of job security, no advancement from within always hires from the outside, unrealistic workloads for some, micromanagement is a serious issue, absolute miserable working conditions, low morale.
