Pros

The training started off good for the first 3 weeks.

Cons

The company felt like a prison because no one took breaks, lunch breaks, left their desk, talked and people were afraid to really do anything

We are very disappointed to hear about your experience, which is quite unusual for the bank. We enjoy a culture of collaboration and comradery at Texas Capital Bank, and employee satisfaction remains a priority for us. This is not illustrative of the environment we strive to achieve. Therefore, we invite you to reach out to our HR team to discuss your specific experience. Thank you for your feedback.
