Pros

Excellent opportunity to work with developing IT department, learning functional team management. Great people to work with at the bottom level. Good benefits.

Cons

Little to no process development or control, with less governance and documentation management. Upper management struggles to define team roles and unify departments. More progress is needed for developing team members.
