Pros

Great co-workers, environment is laid back. Management is flexible with requests. If you work hard and get work done on time, you shouldn't have a problem.

Cons

The health benefits can be better. It would be helpful to make sure to keep employees in the loop of all changes. They need to have a better reward system (year end bonuses, etc).

Pros

A good reason to work at Texas Capital Bank is the fact that the company is growing, expanding to other Texas cities.

Cons

A reason why you might not want to work at Texas Capital Bank is the fact that they are cliquish. Where you went to school matters.

Pros

Great environment, great people, exceptional work/life balance, free wifi, encourages building relationships with one another, free soda/coffee/and always sweets around, a ton of upside.

Cons

With such growth, there has been little infrastructure developed. However, that is good for people with drive and leadership ability to create opportunity.
