Texas Capital taught me what not to look for in a work environment.

Cons

Multiple bosses that don't know what they are doing. Those same bosses advocating/supporting an analyst that has no IT experience over decades of experience. I could go on for hours about how broken this department is. If you're thinking of applying to Texas Capital for the Senior AV role, don't.

Facility was nicer than other ones I've worked at. People I worked nearby were super friendly (not my actual co-workers).

Cons

Terrible work environment. My supervisor was located in a different city so all training was remote, but rarely occurred. I was not a priority whatsoever, yet her supervisor (aka my boss's boss) would have 1-on-1 meetings with me about how my productivity was not meeting quotas. Any feedback I gave on how that could change were all immediately shutdown with no room for compromise/conversation. Most days I would not speak to anyone since I was quite literally pushed to the side and I had no actual coworkers at the office.
