Pros
The insurance and wages are good.
Cons
They promote a mission of integrity and respect, meanwhile "restructuring" their departments so that people who have worked there for 10, 20, or 30 years lose their jobs. This has happened 4 times in the last year to 3 different departments and those are only the ones I know of. They want to save money, I get that, but they are outsourcing to vendors who they apparently have not screened very well or they just do not care. They assure you a job with the outside vendor and therefore do not have to pay severance. The outside vendors are supposed to give you packages that are consistent with your current package but my pay was cut in half and insurance was 10 times what I was paying. This is supposed to be a nonprofit, religion based facility, they do not promote this.
