Pros

Work life balance is one of the best Ed Marx (CIO) is the best thing ever to hit THR

Cons

Very old school in way of thinking, outside of the CIO himself. Everyone puts on a smile and pretends to welcome change, but behind closed doors they complain.

Pros

The organization's employees have tremendous heart and care for their patients. The benefits are some of the industries best and so is the work-life balance options.

Cons

There is a general lack of leadership & management training. Managers are not always given the appropriate tools necessary to truly succeed in their jobs. The management hierarchy is very vertical and seemingly endless.
